Ezra Holdings reported a 63% jump in its full-year profits thanks to subsea business.
It posted net profit of $65m for the twelve months to 31 August 2012, versus the $40m a year earlier. Revenue also soared 76% to $984m.
Ezra attributed the excellent performance to the successful integration of its Emas AMC subsea services subsidiary.
Emas AMC was formed in March last year after Ezra bought Aker Marine Contractors from Aker Solutions.
